What is a Ministry Partner?

A Ministry Partner Space isn’t simply an exhibition stand. It’s an invitation to bring your ministry into the life of Refuel.

Ministry Partners are at the heart of what makes Refuel different. We invite ministries and organisations to bring what they do and share it with those who gather at REFUEL27.

That might be through conversations, prayer, teaching, activities, resources, practical support, or simply creating a welcoming space where people can connect, ask questions and discover more.

Our Ministry Partners bring a wonderful variety of experience, gifts and ministry to Refuel, helping to encourage, equip and inspire people throughout the week.

Your Ministry Partner Space is your base at Refuel, but we hope your involvement goes beyond the space itself. It’s about connecting with people, sharing the heart of your ministry and contributing to the wider life of REFUEL27.

What would we love our Ministry Partners to bring?

Every ministry is different, and that's part of what makes Refuel so special. We'd love you to come ready to share the heart of your ministry and find creative ways to encourage, equip and inspire the people who gather with us.

Your Ministry Partner Space is an opportunity to create something that reflects who you are and what you're passionate about. That might include:

  • Teaching and equipping through talks, workshops or seminars led by your team.
  • Ministry appointments offering prayer, prophecy, healing or other ministry opportunities.
  • Activities and experiences that invite people to stop, take part and connect.
  • Something for families, especially fun and engaging activities for younger children and under-5s.
  • Resources and practical tools that delegates can take away and continue to benefit from after Refuel.
  • Something completely different that expresses the unique character and calling of your ministry.

Whatever you choose to bring, we'd love your space to be somewhere people feel welcomed, encouraged and able to connect. We hope Ministry Partners will be present throughout the week, making the most of opportunities to meet delegates and join in with the wider life of Refuel.

One of the things we value most at Refuel is the chance to journey together. Seeing ministries and churches support, celebrate and learn from one another is a key part of what makes the week so special.

Please bring a team to host your space, along with any speakers, resources and equipment you'll need. To help ensure Refuel remains a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, we also ask all Ministry Partners to follow the event's practical, safety and safeguarding requirements.

Above all, come ready to meet people, share what God has placed on your heart, and play your part in what He is doing across the wider Refuel family.

There’s more than one way to get involved

Alongside hosting your Ministry Partner Space, we'd love to see partners contributing to the life of Refuel in other ways too. Opportunities might include:

  • Hosting the Tower Hall, welcoming people into the space and creating opportunities for conversation and connection.
  • Leading an early morning prayer gathering from your Ministry Partner Space.
  • Hosting an afternoon tea in the Walled Garden.
  • Creating an after-hours event, whether that's an UNO tournament, film night or another relaxed way of bringing people together.

Have another idea? We'd love to hear it. Part of the Refuel vision is creating space for ministries to bring what they do best and contribute in ways that reflect their unique gifting.

What does a day at Refuel look like?

Sessions 1, 2 and 3 are the main opportunities for Ministry Partners to bring their spaces to life. Taking place between the morning and evening gatherings, these sessions provide dedicated time to connect with delegates through teaching, prayer, ministry appointments, activities, conversations, or whatever best reflects the heart of your ministry.

They're often where some of the most meaningful moments happen, as people explore the site, discover new ministries and connect with those who can encourage them on their journey.

Set-up & Pack-down

Set-up

You can set up your Ministry Partner Space between 3.00pm and 6.00pm on Tuesday 10 August. Full arrival and set-up details will be sent to you before REFUEL27.

Stay with us to the end & Pack-down

We know it feels a little strange talking about packing down before you’ve even arrived! But it’s really important to us that the Ministry Partner area remains open, welcoming and engaging throughout the final day of Refuel.

We therefore ask that packing down doesn’t begin until 6.30pm on Saturday, once the Main Stage evening session has started. This helps us keep the site safe and means everyone can continue to enjoy, connect and engage with our Ministry Partners throughout the day.

Vehicle access for both set-up and pack-down will be via designated drop-off and collection zones. These may be different from those used in previous years, so please read the arrival and departure information we send you carefully before travelling to Refuel.

All Ministry Partner Spaces should be completely packed down and cleared by 10.00am on Sunday 15 August.

  • 3m x 3m Ministry Partner Marquee – £375

    A great option for smaller Ministry Partner teams. Availability is very limited, and depending on the tentage available, your space may be provided in either a pagoda-style or clear-span curved structure.

    Plain sides are included as standard, with electric provision at £100 available as an optional extra.

  • Power supply for PA, equipment, lighting and decoration within your Ministry Partner Space.

  • Enhance the entrance to your Ministry Partner Space with a glass double-door set. Available for 12m x 6m, 9m x 6m and 9m x 12m / 12m x 9m marquees, subject to availability.

What happens next?

Submitting this form lets us know what you’d like for your Ministry Partner Space, but your booking isn’t confirmed just yet. We’ll be in touch to agree your requirements and confirm availability before issuing your invoice. Your Ministry Partner Space will be confirmed once payment has been received.
